Creamy Mushroom Soup

If you just want a comforting, cozy bowl of soup to ward off the germs and eat healthy, you gots to try this mushroom soup. it's loaded with good stuff to make you feel healthy and germ-proof! full recipe linked in bio. Mushrooms are nutrient rich and potent health booster. You should look for ways to incorporate them more into your diet. 
I am cooking it today and bring it to a dinner party. 
It is low carb high fat, which mean Keto and will make you feel satisfied and warm. 
500g mushrooms (cut into chunks)
1 handful dried mixed mushrooms
1 litre chicken stock
1 cup heavy cream
1 onion (cut into chunks)
2 garlic colves (whole) 
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons lemonjuice (fresh lemon)
  • heat the butter in a pan and fry the onions until golden
  • ad the rest of the ingredient and let simmer for 20 minutes
  • blend it and taste with pepper, salt and lemon
