What I Eat in a Day - Full Day Of Ketogenic Eating

MORNING

 

I always start my day with a fresh cup of bulletproof coffee. Since I am doing an intermittent fasting alongside Keto, I do not usually take any meals beside my coffee.

 

I only take plain, black coffee and wait until lunch ‘til I eat a full meal. For lunch, I usually eat soup with some yummy crackers and cream cheese.

 

NOON

 

For lunch, I took out some crackers that I’ve previously prepared. These crackers have been seasoned with lime seeds and almond milk. It’s yummy and so easy to make! If you want a recipe video, comment down below so I can share it with you.

How To Make Keto Cheese Taco Shells

Just recently, I have discovered how to make Keto Cheese Taco Shells as an alternative to your Tortilla Taco Shells. It's been all over Instagram, so I thought of trying it out myself. And as it turns out, I loved it! So I thought of sharing with you how I do it.

 

How to make Keto Cheese Taco Shells?

 

The steps are easy to follow, which you may start doing now. Or for as long as you have cheese in your kitchen right now! ;)

 

Step 1:

 

Spread the grated cheese to form a round shape on a baking sheet. You have the option to use any cheese you prefer or whichever is available in your kitchen.

 

 

Step 2:

 

Bake the cheese in the oven until it's melted. Then, let it cool for a bit. 

 

Step 3:

 

In this step, I used two even or similar cups and placed a wooden spatula on the top of the cups. Then, place the baked cheese over the wooden spatula. Let it dry and allow the baked cheese to harden and form into a taco shell.

How to Prevent Hair Loss on the Keto Diet

The first thing you need to know is that even when you're already in the Keto diet, that doesn't mean that you are now Fat-adapted.

 

What is Fat-Adapted?

 

When you start into the Keto Diet, you'll go through this transition phase, wherein you change from being a sugar burner to fat burner. Once your body has fully transitioned from burning sugar to burning fat, then you can tell that you are already Fat-Adapted.

 

How long does it take before you become Fat-Adapted?

 

The transition phase depends on each person's body. For some, it can be quite fast, while for others, it can take much longer.

 

Usually, it takes about 6 to 12 weeks of regularly sticking in the Keto Diet.

Keto Vanilla Muffins

I really love muffins and cupcakes. If I am invited to a picnic or afternoon with the kids I bake some muffins.

This vanilla muffin is one of my favorites and perfect for the festive times ahead of us. They are fast and easy, super delicious and an eyecatcher.

Here is the recipe:

Ingredients:

130 g soft butter

50 g Xylitol

Vanilla mark

120 g almond meal

2 Tablespoons sliced almonds

2 Tablespoons heavy cream

Preparation:

Heat the oven to 180 degrees

Mix the butter, sugar, and vanilla until soft, then add the eggs and whip it until it is light and creamy.

Add the almond meal, almonds and the heavy cream. Fill into the forms and bake for 15 minutes. Let it cool down before you do the frosting.

For the frosting:

100g soft butter and 200 g cream cheese, 30 g powdered xylitol

Mix everything together and add vanilla flavor to it.
