MORNING
I always start my day with a fresh cup of bulletproof coffee. Since I am doing an intermittent fasting alongside Keto, I do not usually take any meals beside my coffee.
I only take plain, black coffee and wait until lunch ‘til I eat a full meal. For lunch, I usually eat soup with some yummy crackers and cream cheese.
NOON
For lunch, I took out some crackers that I’ve previously prepared. These crackers have been seasoned with lime seeds and almond milk. It’s yummy and so easy to make! If you want a recipe video, comment down below so I can share it with you.
Since I was just done with my fast for the day and I only had coffee, I always crave for something huge, filling, and breakfast-like...
