Dreamy Keto Cheesecake - Low Carb and Zero Guilt!

The one thing that you should really stay away from when you’re on Keto is sugar. But for people with a sweet tooth like me, that can be a total nightmare! 


My kids love sweets and I don’t want to deprive them of treats that I used to enjoy but I also don’t want to fill them with unhealthy carbs. This was one of the dilemmas that I had when I was just starting Keto. 


Good thing, I’ve found a terrific workaround and that is to “keto-fy” my favorite desserts!

New york-style cheesecake is my favorite dessert and something that I couldn’t say no to. However, it can be full of fattening sugar. So I scoured the internet for a low-carb cheesecake recipe and tweaked it a bit to ensure that it won’t kick me out of Ketosis.


This is one of my most favorite recipes to date and even people who aren't on a keto diet LOVE this unbelievably creamy cheesecake recipe.

Keto Stuffed Eggplants

Healthy, Simple, Delicious, and best of all...low-carb! Those are the four awesome things that I love about this stuffed eggplant recipe. It’s perfect for your weekly meal prep because it only takes about 15-20 minutes to prepare. Did I mention that it’s also very filling?


Here are the ingredients for the keto stuffed eggplants  that you’ll need:


  • 2 Eggplants
  • 1/2 cauliflower (riced)
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tsp coriander
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp red pepper powder
  • 1 tsp fine sliced salted lemon
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • Olives
  • Walnuts
  • Parsley
  • Feta cheese




  1. Slice the eggplants in half lengthways and cut them crosswise
  2. for the chermoula: mix garlic, cumin, coriander, chili, red pepper powder, lemon skins and 2 halves of the oil together

Tuna sauce is a scrumptious and savory meal that you can add to a Keto meal of your choice. It goes well with a Keto Pasta, Keto Sandwich, as a dip, or in a salad. 


In this video, I will show you how I prepare the best KETO-FRIENDLY TUNA SAUCE EVER that’s foolproof and is very delicious! 


Here are the ingredients that you’ll need:

  • 1 canned tuna
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Vegetable Broth
  • Cumin
  • Chili Paste (for this recipe, I used Sambal Olek)
  • Peanut Butter
  • Tomato Puree
  • Lemon Juice
  • Water



  • In low heat, mix all of the ingredients in a pan and simmer until it achieves a pasty texture. Serve and enjoy!
