What Are Macros and Why Are they Important For Your Keto Success?

The Ketogenic diet has been around for over a hundred years but has only been getting the media attention it deserves just recently. Keto has been used in medicine to control brain disorders such as Alzheimer's, dementia, attention deficit disorder, and drug-resistant epilepsy, especially in children.

blood sugar health keto May 22, 2019

You know that feeling, right? That feeling after you ate pizza or pasta for lunch and you feel so damn tired that you could go straight to bed. Lunchtime and you just want to sleep, but you still need to work. Isn’t that terrible? Why is it that way? You could think: Perhaps it’s me and I am just a person with no energy who is always tired, etc… But you are not! It’s the food you ate which makes you feel so tired and drained.

After you ate the pizza or pasta your blood sugar sky rockets- Why? Because they are shock full of carbs which are turned into sugar in your body.

Yeah, and what’s the problem with that? Well if your blood sugar skyrockets it will crash down soon, which will leave you tried as hell and exhausted. Your body starts craving lot's of sugar very soon to get energized again. So… you walk to that donut stand in front of your office and get 1 or 2 donuts and a coffee with sugar to get awake again and because this...

Because 80% of your immune system are in your gut.  If you want to get fit, healthy and a skin to die for you better take good care of it! If you are eating...
