I used to be in a rut when I first started Keto. I would eat anything that is considered keto without thinking if it’s actually healthy for me or not. For example: While yogurt is considered keto-friendly, most yogurt products (even greek yogurt) that can be bought in a store have added sugar that can throw you off from ketosis. This makes checking the label for every food item you buy very important.
Remember: You are what you eat. Everything that you intake will get into your system and will be responsible for how you’d look like.
