Benefits of the OMAD Diet

In this video, I discussed the benefits of OMAD diet and why you should consider to try it to boost weight loss.

Apart from Keto (which helped me lose 50 pounds!), OMAD is another diet that helped me effectively shed off those weights that I’ve gained after my pregnancy. 

 

The Keto Diet + OMAD diet was such a game-changer for me and I can really say that it works! Some of the benefits that I’ve enjoyed from OMAD includes:

  • More energy and increased performance.
  • Less meal prepping time which means more time for me to do other things that I love!
  • INCREDIBLE WEIGHT LOSS!

 

Don’t get me wrong, though. While you’ll only need one meal a day, meal planning is still key to making this diet work.

What I Eat in a Day - Full Day Of Ketogenic Eating

MORNING

 

I always start my day with a fresh cup of bulletproof coffee. Since I am doing an intermittent fasting alongside Keto, I do not usually take any meals beside my coffee.

 

I only take plain, black coffee and wait until lunch ‘til I eat a full meal. For lunch, I usually eat soup with some yummy crackers and cream cheese.

 

NOON

 

For lunch, I took out some crackers that I’ve previously prepared. These crackers have been seasoned with lime seeds and almond milk. It’s yummy and so easy to make! If you want a recipe video, comment down below so I can share it with you.

Keto Tuna Sauce Recipe

Tuna sauce is a scrumptious and savory meal that you can add to a Keto meal of your choice. It goes well with a Keto Pasta, Keto Sandwich, as a dip, or in a salad. 

 

In this video, I will show you how I prepare the best KETO-FRIENDLY TUNA SAUCE EVER that’s foolproof and is very delicious! 

 

Here are the ingredients that you’ll need:

  • 1 canned tuna
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Vegetable Broth
  • Cumin
  • Chili Paste (for this recipe, I used Sambal Olek)
  • Peanut Butter
  • Tomato Puree
  • Lemon Juice
  • Water



Directions:

 

  • In low heat, mix all of the ingredients in a pan and simmer until it achieves a pasty texture. Serve and enjoy!

 

It’s a very simple and easy-to-do recipe with ingredients that you can buy almost anywhere! Not to mention, it’s super delicious!
