It's no pumpkin season so far, but I just love to bake and cook with pumpkin. It just gives a great texture and some moisture for baking. If you only try one time to bake with pumpkin, then please please bake these bars. They are so good!! I just couldn't keep my hands off of them and my family too. They are keto, gluten-free, baked with almond meal and covered by a decadent cream cheese layer with some cinnamon on top. Healthy and delicious - a total win in my book!!!

The Best Cauliflower Pizza Crust

Craving for pizza but hate the carbs? Good news! You can finally enjoy pizza with a healthy but delicious crust made out of cauliflower!

 

Cauliflower is an excellent low-carb and low-calorie alternative to pizza dough. It has a mild flavor, as well as texture and appearance similar to that of dough, with only a fraction of the calories and carbs. This makes it a popular alternative for people on low-carb diets like keto.

 

You might think that making a keto pizza crust from scratch would be a hassle but it’s actually super simple to make too. You’ll only need a few ingredients too!

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1-kilo cauliflower florets
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/3 cup soft goat cheese or cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano and rosemary

How To Meal Plan For The Keto Diet

In my newest video, I discussed how I personally plan meals to make it easier for me to stick to the Keto diet. I consider meal planning as the key to my keto success. I believe that if you want to effectively incorporate Keto to your life, meal planning is one thing that you should do!

Here are some of the things I do to make meal planning fun and easy:

  1. Before I start meal planning, I first figure out my macros through an app. You can use apps like MyFitnessPal, Senza, and Keto Diet App to check your macros. Knowing your macros will give you an idea of how much carbs you can only consume in a day or week.
